Branding & Customization
- Branding and customization (limited to existing designs, sizes, and colors) is only available for orders of 15 items or more.
- Requests for a completely new design are only available for orders of 100 items or more.
Order Processing & Express Orders
- Express orders are available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
- Prices are determined based on order quantity, customization, and delivery requirements.
- The delivery timeline varies based on the order size and the selected Limbag type.
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Discounts & Payment Terms
- Special discounts apply to customers who place orders in advance.
- Depending on the agreed payment terms, a 50% deposit is required to confirm production.
- The remaining balance must be settled before delivery.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders canceled after production starts are non-refundable.
- If a cancellation is made before production begins, AFLIMBA will refund 50% of the deposit to cover administrative costs.
Shipping & Delivery
- International shipping is available at the customer’s expense.
- AFLIMBA is note liable for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
- Customers may arrange for pick-up from our showroom.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the customized nature of corporate orders, returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect products.
- Claims must be made within 2 business days of receiving the order.
Portfolio Use & Liability
- AFLIMBA reserves the right to showcase branded products as part of our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- AFLIMBA is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
